Dyane was fantastic to work with! She helped plan our cruise for 17 family members. Nine were ages 18-3 and eight adults. She worked with my husband and myself mostly because we were treating. Dyane was always in contact and helped us to book the best cruise/ship for our needs. We worked together for a year to plan. Dyane answered questions from each of us via email or phone, and contacted us regarding insurance needs and onboard credits. We also met at the office, and she often answered my questions when off from work at the office. We couldn’t have had this great experience without her!
