Dyane was easy and great to work with! Gave us exactly what we wanted with a resort - nice, clean, and a fun place with all the amenities while staying in budget. She helped with shuttle time changes on the spot when our flight was delayed coming home. She also took the time to look into different excursions including transportation to and from the excursion. Overall, I had a great experience working with Dyane. She provided a worry free trip and I would recommend her to all of my family and friends!
